　　关注题干中写一封信给谁“Write an email to the customer service center” “Write a letter to a friend of yours”

　　私人信函：Dear + 名字,(若文中无提及，自己编一个)

　　如：Dear Mr. Wang(2005年英语一), Dear Editor(2009年英语一), Dear Professor Williams(2017年英语二), Dear Frank(2011年英语一), Dear Mary(2010年英语二)等。

　　公务信函：Dear Sir or Madam, 或者写成Dear Sir/Madam,

　　有些特例：Dear Friends(2012年英语一)/ Dear Classmates(2013年英语二)

　　2. 核心三段如何写?

　　段：自我介绍+写信来意

　　第二段：核心段落(根据题干)
